Dagger is a short pointed weapon with sharp edges that torments or
wounds. The sturdy construction of the attractive German dagger often
features a beautifully designed hilt. The elegant acorn shapes form the
pommel and the finials at the tips of the ancient weapon. Being German in origin, the daggers usually have high carbon steel blade framed with hardwood grips and may include leather sheath or black metal sheath with nickel or other metal platings. The pommel or the cross guards of the daggers often have eagle shape, lion shape or oak-leaf designs.
